The amendment seems to strengthen the likelyhood of the MOU leading to a formal agreement. Unlike a "normal" MOU which simply sets out an intent that sometimes gets converted into a formal JV agreement, the amendment ios clearly signalling that the MOU WILL be metamorphosed into a formal JV in a short period.

This is good news, as it means we can now count into the equation another project (this time in WA). So using Pattersons calculation method this should add at least nineteen cents to the nett value by the time that drilling is complete in, say, the third quarter of 2010. Nice.
