The release from ARH on October 12 indicated that the MOU needed to be ratified by both boards within 30 days. I take that to be actually no later than November 11.

The NOM, which will disclose the resolutions to be made at the December concurrent meetings, is due out by November 14.

I would have thought speculation regarding these matters would have commenced to push the share price a little north, not south.
