MOU Date

Just looking at the MOU released July 7 2014.

It reads.....

"The acquisition is subject to the approval of CSD shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting which will include an Independent Expert’s Report and details of the SPM assets, scheduled for a date to be set in early September 2014."

Scheduled for a date to be set in early september...............surely this doesnt mean the date is scheduled to be set in september, in which case the company is really only now a couple of days behind schedule. This is, if one considers anything up to the 15th to be early September.
