I have taken the risk, if you call it that, that when Forrest states publicly that he will soon turn the MOU with AGO & BCI into binding agreements, it is not just hot air.
Some will wait until this happens, others with a different risk profile will be in the stock already, anticipating the move.
Just the same as for AGS, it was known that the mining application was being prepared, but when the announcement was made, the share price flew with the influx of more safety conscious investors.
The latter will still make money, but those who were accumulating have made plenty.
