Has it ever occoured, that AD is doing the best with what he's got? All I ever hear is how much better it should be done.
NO the Chineese arent any better. They stuffed up plently of projects; withdrew capital, walked away, put executives in Jail. Tried to impose tarrifs, Blocked ports, tried to flood markets. Funded terrorists, took over other countries, killed babies, the list goes on. (I won't complain about provision of prostitutes).

Most recently the Australian reports the Chinese are shocked/surprised that the Australian licensing authoristies arne't amenable to bribes.

Ground breaking projects like these are HARD.
Hence they are termed SPECULATIVE.

Alterantively if it was easy everyone would be doing it.
