Two of the three bullet points in last week's MOU stand out for me as a basis for my new found optimism for this stock:

i know I've harped on here about NIC's hitherto apparent disregard for climate change issues, so the first bullet point is a huge positive for me. I've also questioned here why Tsingshan Decent would want to let NIC buy into their operation to the extent they do. That question is answered by the second point - NIC has the raw resources.
