The President had signed MOU Agreement with the TFG before he returns Home

President of Puntland State of Somalia Mohamud Musse Hersi returns early yesterday after a highly successful visit to Mogadisho,
Speaker of the House of representative, Ministers, Traditional leaders, regional and local government officials were at the Conoco Airport Garowe, to welcome the President and his delegation,
President Hersi and his delegates were in Mogadisho 12 days, during that they had a several round of talks with the Transitional Federal Government of Somalia to discuss issues such us Security, Resources, and Revenue sharing between Puntland and TFG.
After long and hard discussions both parties signed MOU agreement, This agreement will validate the rights for Puntland state to negotiate the Natural resources contracts for their territory, this will also clear the way for any future investors for this sector.
In this MOU agreement Puntland will give Portion of their Import and Export Tax revenue to the TFG,
