    Got to include Leo's cash on hand of $69 mill (separate from the $65 mill they are getting from GF and giving $60 mill to Mali - of which $11.5 is coming from FFX by the look.

    or put another way 43 cash backing from GF offer + $82 mill in cash (6.3 cents) = 49 cents in value + the ongoing royalty.
