Agree, the base sale price is 43 cents a share plus an NPV of say 8 cents a share for the 1.5% TPSF.
LLL will be paid consultancy/contractor fees until GF are to scratch on the project. This could easily be until the end of this year or more. They had better be charging top $$.
LLL had $A69.3 MILL cash 31/3/24 - less debts to pay of course.
The JV has $US21.8 mill. Not sure whether we get a refund for our half? Bet we do not?
LLL get $US65mill from GF less $US60 mill to pay to Mali. LLL get an excess of $US5mill??
LLL get $A11.5 mill from FFX as a contribution to the Mali settlement.
So FFX will be left with around say, $A20 mill cash. Distributed, say 1.2 bill SOI = circa 1.6 cents/FFX share.
