Some trying to lay the blame at Cowden & Anderson's feet have it wrong, they were both long gone.

The deplorable behaviour was done by the FFX Board
Lowe, Fraser, Hepburn & Gordon made the decision to cease funding, under the advice from "who" is the question.

Lowe couldn't get out of their quick enough after the Company was forced to disclose (letters from the SAG Lawyer) they had received letters from the Government and the board couldn't write him a cheque quick enough .. .. ..

** this bs of "mutual agreement" terminations needs to stop, Lowe wanted to leave and he should have been made to work out his contracted notice period.

Another $450k termination payment well spent .. .. .. ..
