Can someone explain in simple terms what do shareholders of FFX...

Can someone explain in simple terms what do shareholders of FFX end up with after all this is done?

Do we get a cash payout for our shares and also what happens to the LLL shares owned by FFX, do us as FFX shareholders get a cut from that as well?

I only hold a negligeable amount of FFX shares but would still be good to know.
