We know for sure is that THERE IS a time frame on the MOU. This has not been communicated to us. But we know from the link i provided you earlier, straight from the Srilankan treasury in black and white. Why didnt they tell us there was an expiry date on the MOU?

'Expected' feedback by the end of May, it is now first week of June.

Holders would have to be asking the question, has the MOU expired? Have the srilankans 'refrained' from the deal as per the document below?

Its getting quite dark, and holders are being left right in the middle of it in my opinion.
