I have just been reading past announcements and realised HDI also have a MOU purchase with Toba Jaya who has excavated the road and are the ones who will free carry CES on coal production. The plot thickens.
So HDI want to buy a coal powered power station and already have a coal resource available through CES who they are in bed with and are buying the contractor who are to work the mine.
Sounds like a very good plan.
CES has a huge resource of coal and HDI,s power plant comes with a 25 year government supply contract.

Anyone want to add anything or am I on my own here.
