MOU was valued at 0.195. give it a few days and you will know what the GSA is worth. the volume is never wrong with ICON and it looks like a retrace possible back to 0.25 or even lower tomorrow in my opinion.
I don't envision RJ and his team completing this deal without a merger. you would need a stronger team, current management disappointment... work like snails
I seriously hope he could put down his EGO and share this contract with BPT or another mid tier
hogging it to himself ... the company will go no where...
A settlement with BPT on terms of a business combination is the way to go in my opinion.
