They don't. I am not sure if there ever was real Chinese partner or if it was completely made up. But there is definitely no partner for at least last 6 months. HE3DA explained it in the way the partner wanted to move production to China while they wanted the production in the Czech Republic. The majority holder Radomír Prus who happened to live last few years on Seychelles to escape Czech prison happens to be truly patriot after all.
