EMH's SP, to my knowledge (I have got a pretty sh1t photographic memory) has not ever reacted positively on price sensitive news. Not since 0.5c increments. Doesn't really matter if it's not screwing current share holders in announcing REM is buying shares at no discount to market and assuring long term commitment, the definition of shallower, higher grade lithium zones, the securing of new processing tech options, the sickest lithium recoveries at the grind, resource upgrades including inferred to indicated, their continual, repetitive and often punishing reaffirmation that they are actually strategically positioned and own the largest lithium resource in Europe, which just happens to be right next to Germany and is also the 4th largest non-brine resource in the world....oh...and that Europe and indeed the world might one day kind of need a little bit of lithium...and now the security and assurance of govt backing....the market always yawns but more often punishes.
But always after it's confirmed there's no immediate and significant buying interest.
Hmmmmmmmm.......
Then there's the mandatory dip. And then we get a speeding ticket 2-4 weeks later with an explanation from the company that basically says, well, we farking told the market, like ages ago - I mean like, ages - and have you seen what the fark we have and where and what's happening in the greater macro environment? Like, WTF - derrrrrrrrrrrr.
Re the MOU, one could dream up a million possible doomsday scenarios of why this is not good.

And I apologise in advance for my more technical phrases - thankfully for all you laymen out there, there is google.
But for me, that MOU basically says and means that the Czech Govt has agreed that we need to "Get the farkin stuff out of the ground ASAP" and "capitalise on the muthafarker" and will do anything in their power "to make the economics sweet and make the farking thing happen in the shortest possible time frame".

Also, I reckon juk was correct. We definitely need(ed) a lot more for private off-takes. And in the absence of what we're all really after, the backing of the GOVT and all that it implies, is a pretty good, sorry, I meant a farkin awesome step. STEP!!!
"work together..." - means work together, in most countries and languages.
"maximise positive impacts..." - does not mean fark with the locals and help support and create mass protest and upheaval to make the mine's timely development impossible. It also saves me from having to do my beer coaster/smoke ring/pamphlet drop over there - seems the government might be handling a bit of the marketing? That can only be a positive with EMH. And for me. And us.
"co-operate" - generally implies cooperation. ie means NO BLOCKING - approvals (especially the ones that don't normally need approval...like in Africa...or South America) are a farking speedy no-farkin brainer.
"Including the potential involvement.....support and facilitate investment..." - ie optional. ie non-committal. Also, sounds kind of supportive and facilitative re investment.
"co-operate..research...processing lithium ores..." - surely this is like, farking WOW. Anyone whom would like me to expand on this, please, just ask.
I think above all, given the recent and re-occuring and justified themes about KC, that it should give a little bit of credibility to back management - it confirms that despite the complete absence of anything resembling news and transparency and updates and progress, that stuff is actually progressing.
And in a big way IMO.
