For me this has put aside my only niggling worry, that the Czech Government may have played hardball in relation to the financing of the project. This worry has now clearly been allayed.
You'd expect that offtake agreements etc might emerge quite quickly now.It could be that waiting for this agreement to be signed has slowed things up on other fronts.
