Good first post reu, but this has been discussed previously and, imo, there is no way that the 'tech giant' is GE.
GE is an 'industrial conglomerate' not a 'tech giant'.
It would also be never described as a 'chipset manufacturer' as this is an extremely small component of its operations.
The tech giant is most likely Intel (for all the reasons discussed a few months back). Note that Intel is also clearly focused on the INDUSTRIAL, TRANSPORTATION AND HEALTHCARE SECTORS etc etc
