Thanks for the feedback @vintage, okay that makes sense.

If it were Intel, then Intel's relationship with GE and GE's offerings in the INDUSTRIAL, TRANSPORTATION AND HEALTHCARE SECTORS might explain the phraseology used, namely (in bold underlined):

"Technology and solutions covered in the proposal are to be tailored for the LARGE SCALE INDUSTRIAL MARKETS including INDUSTRIAL, TRANSPORTATION AND HEALTHCARE SECTORS"

    Do you not agree?

Once more, funny that GE's offerings are classified as follows:

    GE INDUSTRIAL http://www.geindustrial.com/
    GE TRANSPORTATION http://www.getransportation.com/
    GE HEALTHCARE http://www.gehealthcare.com/

Do you think that Intel and GE would get along just fine and would be partnering/collaborating in the broader industrial IOT space if both companies separately/independently were seeking to develop "Technology and solutions covered in the proposal are to be tailored for the LARGE SCALE INDUSTRIAL MARKETS including INDUSTRIAL, TRANSPORTATION AND HEALTHCARE SECTORS" ? I don't think so! To me it seems more reasonable to assume that, as you say, Intel may be the US LISTED TECH GIANT (ie. "chipset manufacturer"), but that GE may be the ultimate industrial markets participant for whom these "technology and solutions" will be "tailored".

All personal opinion and readers should do their own research.
