Yes you are right. We need cnm to go there and set up, using wave power to generate the power to run the desal plant.
Such a good idea that is. But of course the joy of entering the market with penny stocks is it is a long time before things get proven up.
Still the high risk gives high rewards. And, in the end, I shall be filthy stinking rotten rich hahahahaha
