what happened to the request for binding offers? this is a non-binding MOU with details to be sorted out later! there's every possibility that both parties won't agree on terms! was this the best deal available and did this have to take 3 weeks to eval? was hoping for some short term funding to see us through this new 2 quarters - at least this new partner should have footed some of the bill for essential exclusivity in dealing with PLV's Irvine Island project!
