    Looks good. Tony?s a dark horse ? there?s no way he would sign an MOU unless he was confident he could prove up the resource and the grade.

    Waiting till the pre-feaso to negotiate key terms is better for us ? as he?ll be drilling the hell out of the island in the meantime.
