I think there will be an annoucement towards the end of today with regards to the MOU expiry and new opportunities. Don't think there will be much upbeat news this afternoon, so expect sp to stay flat to 20s and ending today on the 19s.
Chances of a positive GSA annoucement is very very slim or else they would have done it by now. Normally they put out neutral/negative ann in the afternoon.
