Yea I know its legal and that's the whole problem. They move so fast you cant keep up sometimes and as they don't have to pay the transaction fees like we do they can perform hundreds of transactions for very small qty of shares for accumulation or for selling off.
Complete unfair advantage imo and as more and more people use these programs the share market will be come untradeable for average jo unless they have insider knowledge.
