Will Intiger need money. Maybe but not for 6 months at least. The CR at 2c was done without 1 single shareholder I AM aware of getting any. If they tap the market they will only need enough to cover 3 months till the options vest at the very worst case.
It might help if you read the below..... it explains why they will use Fisher and not do it themselves. Business is about finding the people who can do it best and cheapest. The banks don't have the expertise, Fisher has.
