it is quite difficult to get mining permits in NT. I am sure spoke about this here a few months back!
Also feasibility study has been completed for mount bundy and there is a proposal that has been submitted but what is taking time is the approval side. Also there would be a great deal of capex involved so my guess is the PGO buys are going for koolgardie to improve their cash flow since they know the terrain really well and then look at the bigger picture.
Also there are whispers that there is a bigger picture behind koolgardie. lets wait and see! I think 2017 will be a great year and past the 11th of November 2016, i think we will start to see that.
