Well it is a very different structure all that III get is the rights to mine the Tungsten while Nicholson keeps his land and Quarry buisness.
Personally if it was my land/business I would have gone with RAU as I could live very happy on that money... Im both sad and glad that it didn't proceed.
Glad as it was a lot of money and share Dillution and to get P&E and starting cash would be more expensive.. . Sad as it would have been finally a producing asset.... . For those who think the Assay results for MC will be released your kidding. Why would RAU give that out as its nolonger relevent to company. If III want it they can pay for it ...
Anyway RAU had moved on in January and we should see a new story very very soon. And it will be one with an agreement accepted to keep people happy.
