Mt Carbine is operational as quarry for aggregate, not as tungsten mine. There is a huge difference between the two.
There will be CAPEX for sure to reopen the mine. I think once RAU decides that they will buy the mine, then they will need to do a feasibility study to come up with costs to reopen the mine.
So far the calculations based on tonnages and grades are theoretical.
I don't think they will mine more than 10 mi tonnes a year. This is a pure guess. I don't think they will mine 100 mi tonnes per year.
