The mine closed 21 years ago so you are kidding yourself if you think they can just switch on the power and start mining. Someone come up with a reasonable figure for capex please.

As for opex well its low grade so I would guess quite high by industry standards - again anyone with an educated guess please chime in.

As for ownership - RAU has currently 0% I believe. So if the current owners are not complete suckers they will sell it for a fair market price. That means RAU holders will be diluted massively if its good, or have a worthless asset if its not.
