Just to clarify who the "previous team" were, from my recollection "The Mount" was the brainchild of the COO and CEO at the time. I am pretty sure the warning bells were rung to the board about the bs figures handed to them and they still voted for it to proceed. The Board still proceeded and were unwilling to shut it down prior to Shandong investing. It has never made money in its current form and never produced anywhere near the promises made.

The board must go, for any chance of FML getting anywhere. They have continually failed to deliver, whilst blaming everyone else. They must have been informed on every decision or they have failed in their duty. You cannot have one without the other.
