Seems the lack of progress may not have been Corazons fault. Searching for info around Grafton council led me to some partitions against drilling and mining from locals who are worried about water contamination. The Grafton council mention Corazon in their November 2020 meetings document. They sound excited about the employment opportunities and the potential to upgrade roads there, but note the local water contamination concerns. They state that the decision is for the dept of Resources anyway.
