    Northnwarm - I couldnt agree more - this is the same mob (Military) who locked up the expat Police Commissioner,shot his deputy and sacked their Judiciary - subsequently banned from South Pacific Forum etc.

    Classic example of Sovereign Risk.

    RCP should concentrate on its major asset.
