The other reality with MK, is that it has precisely no rational basis for converting until right at the end of the bond period. Until then, it is getting a decent income by way of coupon, and effectively has a call option to buy shares at something in the order of $1.08-1.10 diluted. If the share price in 3 years' time is below that, then there will never be a conversion; MK would simply call for the debt to be repaid.
