Clause 1.1 posted above is a concern.ILUA "does not include mining or explotation of coal seam gas or coal".I did not realise that the ILUA that we waited so long for only covers the exploration of the area.Even if we find the motherload there is no gaurantee that traditional owners would sign another ILUA for mining.This whole mt mull saga has been one kick in the guts after another.First the calcifer debacle,then when we win that case we are told the land is "sterile",Ater another few months we get a long awaited ILUA that doesnt cover the original deposit under the mountain,which i was lead to believe by the co that it would,and now on closer inspection the ILUA appears to only cover the exploration phase,not mining.This whole Mt Mull "project" has become a joke....
