If they've got the lowest paid miners and their not offering pay rises they may not have any miners left soon with the labour shortage the way it is. You don't work for them do you?
Agree on the management. Something a bit fishy with them.
Still, at these prices there may be a bargain in the offering but when there's so many other good and safer opportunities out there why would you bother.
