The statutory deadline was missed but that doesn't invalidate a late decision.
It also doesn't imply the company hasn't been forthcoming with updating its MMP. It's stuck somewhere in the process and no doubt getting the required attention.
Hopefully PB brings back a BOA from Europe and all recently slipped deadlines will be forgiven.
