Hawkeye, I'd like to see it sold at the right price as it would be a perfect way to raise the funds needed for the coming activities. As far as I know the company are open to offers but I don't know whether it is being actively marketed or whether there has been any interest.

I'm sure if a buyer appears we'll hear about it.
