    People read the report - this is offtake for the production of the DP plant only! This is in tens, maximum hundreds of kilograms of HPMM, no big deal - just for testing the quality of the product.
    But if the product is OK, the demand will be overwhelming with so many factories built and planned in Europe...

    @hersuit: this is the only real "if" I can see, all others are Marcellus-Wallace-style "ifs" - all to be solved by Winston Wolf...
