I've just done my arithmetic. Silver at US$6.70 and Exchange rate of 0.7711 = AUD$8.69/oz. 32.151 Troy ounces in a kilo bar makes it a $279 base. Add in the usual $25 markup/profit, and a Kilo of Silver bullion will retail today for $304.
I'm basing this on what I've observed of the ABC Bullion company's pricing policy over the past 12 months.
