watso likes the taste of smoked cod .. just as it is and gently poached.
anyway watso bought some rtc smoked cod and looked online for some other cooking ideas..
this worked for watso..
sauteed onions and peppers with crushed ginger/garlic
maybe added about 1litre of milk - brought to a simmer - then turned down and let the flavours blend in with the milk
added smoked cod - upped the temperature a bit, then lowered it again - and let the fish gently poach .. maybe 30 minutes or so
mmm the fish absorbed the flavours and tasted awesome
