El: If I'm paranoid the  there are plenty of others, more versed in the topic than me who feel the same.  I will likely accept the deal as done once the agreement becomes law and then after waiting a reasonable period to see just whether Indonesia takes the issue further. Incidentally they have already raised the issue with Canberra.

Cosmo: Yes! I agree  about your concerns with TL. They have shown that an agreement with Australia can be torn up, as with the JDZ agreement, so can they be trusted to abide by the arrangements outlined in this agreement as regards Buffalo. Only time will tell on that one. As for Aust' politicians, of all parties, they are only interested in self adulation and point scoring  rather than the long term interests of Australia. So I seriously doubt anyone of them will oppose ratification. TL really went to the PCA to sort out the stalled Greater Sunrise development to their favour. Our bunch of capitulators gave them more than they deserved or was their right and the Greater Sunrise issue still isn't sorted. What a pack of duffers. Anyway, rant over!.
