1) Agree right now
2) Partially agree but accounting procedure used is still used by other law firms like SHJ. S&G has moved to a new accounting standard early.
3) SP sold down by many times debt. Current SP has priced SGS free of cost.
4) As at now or until proven otherwise I trust management that FY16 guidance will be met.
