tower33, haven't sold and don't intend to until at least ANDA approval. I am not suggesting Dr Reddy's won't eventually get there. Might just be further delayed if FDA wants to understand if systemic issues exist.

My comments are all about keeping my eyes wide open and not viewing ACL/RDY/fonda through tinted glasses. I'm not out to talk the price up or down either. The defensive reaction to my exploration of an idea surprises me. BTW, I have great respect for the ACL analysis I find here.

But, lgs, IMHO an new alarm bell has started to ring after the latest fatalities. I suspect the FDA will not be unaware of the latest accident and the one before. They will make their own assessments as to significance. The Hindustan Times report in December 2010 even makes the same observation (as per you own selected quote).

I'll say it again in another way: one fatal accident (December 2010) is unfortunately, a second soon after (March 2011) is careless and rings alarm bells.
