In the space of 12 months, shares on issue increase from 163 million to 438 million.
No substantial shareholder notices, no institutional support.
Very little change in the Top 20.
Run the presses, print shares, dream up a new story every 3 months (Greetings Jamie), deliver nothing, prop trade the stock, feed worthless scrip to the retailers.

I've seen a lot, but I've never anything as blatant as this. (except from Cityview 10 years ago)
