yes clark it will instill great strength once institutions and other substantial shareholders take up positions
your 'deliver nothing' clause is a bit harsh considering the progress, but I think you may eat the words 'worthless scrip' within a few months
remember you may change your mind at any time
and become a substantial shareholder
