BLR isn't planning on 'mining' next year, they are talking about processing old stockpiles etc using ablation to get some cash flows.
BLR still require permits for Taylors/Hansen deposit. However the timelines are likely to be quite different to PEN because for one, they operate in different countries and therefore different rules.
