I'm sure your hearts are in the right place. However, meaningful change means taking action, not carping and criticising the efforts of others. When have you attempted to negotiate with Cuthbertson and achieved anything worthwhile?

I've tried for six months respecting confidences and acting professionally only to hear you saying you haven't been told what is going on. Well, we've been trying to save the company and improve shareholder value while you've sat on your hands.

I find it odd that you raise questions about the intergrity of those who are trying to help you, while remaining silent while APG heads towards administration under Cuthertson's leadership. Try selling your shares. If you're lucky you'll get .0005 cents per share. How much did you spend at Woolworths last week? About the same amount?

Happy to have you on board if you are prepared to pull your weight. I'm doing this for nothing other than a steely determination to have a go.
