H/E he is a regular caller to AP so when he says things like "I am sure AP has plans for so and so ". He is probably not speculating so I adjust my thinking accordingly. He is of the opinion MAY will remain operator beyond this appraisal programme. I expect that is from AP post his Angola trip.
