I think it's more that they genuinely don't know what the market would respond positively towards. We've seen some good results in A2 and really good progress in A3 towards the main goal of this program and there has actually been a noticeable decrease in share price. It's very unusual behaviour for there to be so little expectation and such dour sentiment on the company right now. Company seems at a loss for it.

I think they're almost parking the SP for now and just focusing on the job at hand, as you can't address poor sentiment without understanding what's causing it.
