Are you insinuating that the elected representatives of a publicly listed company have by way of official reporting mislead the public?
"maybe some of what's been reported by the company ? - global ? ... hmmm [@Hateful8]"
The company is on record as saying the discovrry was globally significant, that is correct.
Do you have information to the contrary which says otherwise?
"It's one thing to maybe sample higher API .. it's another to have the volume ..."
That is correct... They are two different concepts entirely..
Nothing was made mention earlier that said "sampled at volume"
The means by which historical samples were obtained may be questioned due to changes in the req on how we measure, to what standard & by what means etc etc.
Cuba has reported historical values across a range of API's.. Carbonate reservoirs globally show figures as low as 7 & as high as 65.. It all depends, we get it..
If your beef is that historical references are being thrown around as target estimates or current grades then yes that is incorrect.
But I don't believe they have been, unless I missed something somewhere.. ?
Regardless, what you, I, or anyone else says, it matters not.
MCdaniels will confirm or deny soon enough & thats all anyone should be taking notice of IMO..
Goad me if you will Sir.. If I feel the barb I will respond, but lets keep it to once a week so as not to fill the boards with constant he said, she said, shall we?
And no I did not say that the last bopd figure was incorrect..
I said it was representative of a deliberate action to constrain (Choke) the flow as stated by the company in rhe accompanying release.
It was also conducted over a different range & with a diff perforation figure than the first DST.
My point waa that scientifically the test was not repeated with the exact same parameters & hence is something I am keen to better understand as to why?
As it is it doesn't prove or debunk anything that went before it simply because it wasn't conducted under the exact same conditions, was it?
Leave it to McD's is what I say.. IMO of course.
